HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

The Agatha Christie Society was launched in 1993 under the guidance of Mathew Prichard, Christie’s grandson, to offer fun and fellowship to Dame Agatha’s readers around the world. David Suchet, star of the Poirot television series, and the distinguished novelist and critic H.R.F. Keating are Society Vice Presidents.

The quarterly Christie Chronicle offers a column from Mathew Prichard, entertaining articles, information on new books, films and television productions, quizzes and competitions, special offers, information for collectors, an events calendar, and a lively letters section. New members receive several gifts: a Society pin (enamel badge), collectible bookmarks, bookplates, postcards, reading lists and a special Keepsake Edition of the Chronicle.

The Society arranges events on both sides of the Atlantic including: an annual  outing to see The Mousetrap in London, Gatherings at Christie-related sites in England, and activities at mystery conventions.
