The latest bike, YAMAHA IT175J 1982
This webpage is mostly dedicated to YAMAHA´s greatest Enduro bike, which was produced 1976 through 1986.
This brand is the YAMAHA IT which was based on the very successful Yamaha YZ,which has been in production from 1974.
The IT type was supposed to carry the flag of YAMAHA in the perennial International Trials events (I.T.), and other competitions worldwide. Later on I.T. events changed the name to International Six Days Enduro (ISDE).
Below: an old picture my IT465,1981 version, which I am restoring to it´s original Glory. Sorry about the bad picture quality, see better pics. at top of page. As you IT specialists can see the seat cover is all wrong for this version, the YAMAHA logo does not belong to the 1981 version , but the 1982 version. I just took the seat off a 1981 YZ250 which I am also restoring.

Great australian MX Master. The bike is a YAMAHA YZ465H, probably 1981=(H) version. Today Stephen Gall runs a popular and successful MotoCross school in Australia.
